Reputation is the maximum number of email addresses that user can send email campaigns to. Every new user gets Reputation limited to 250 email addresses and has a chance to start email marketer history from a blank page.
Reputation is a dynamic value which is based on the current level of spam complaints and hard bounced emails for sent campaigns.
The value of Reputation limits users only to number of emails they can send an email campaign to. The Reputation does not limit users in total number of emails stored in Mails lists.
For example, a user has 230 email addresses in Mail list. User has ability to send first email campaign to all recipients from the Mail list. If spam complaints and hard bounces level for this campaign does not break the tolerable level, the user will get a possibility to send next campaign to a higher number of recipients from Mail list.
After sending three campaigns with the tolerable level of spam complaints and hard bounces user gets a capacity to send campaigns up to 2000 subscribers.
If spam complaints or hard bounces level for a certain campaigns breaks the tolerable level, the number of email addresses that user can send new email campaign to will be reduced with the Reputation value.
The maximum permissible levels of spam complaints and hard bounces are set by the FEEDGEE anti-spam committee accordingly to the legal regulations and email marketing industry standards. Anti-spam policy standards are the same for all FEEDGEE users.
