First thing you should start is to create a New Mail List. Mail List title can be after always changed when you click on it in mail lists table.
To Mail List you can add to it subscribers in three different ways:
Способ 1 Add one by one
Способ 2 Add list at once
Способ 3 Add subscribe form to your site & blog pages
Once you need to delete Mail List click on Delete link for appropriate list. After Mail List is deleted all included Subscribers records will be lost and you will not be able to Undo them.
