Analytics details

Campaign evaluating details are gathered and stored in Campaign Analytics section. With Campaign Analytics is easy to validate effectiveness of your marketing efforts.

Analytics page is divided into following parts:

Campaign Information

•    Name   
•    Sent Date
•    List Name   
•    Sent to
•    Campaign email preview link

User Activity

•    Clicks   
•    Unsubscribed   
•    Spam reports   
•    Spam temperature   
•    MLQ (Mail list quality)  

Mail list quality can be equal or less than 100. Than MLQ value is close to 100 than more loyal Subscribers are in used mail list to accept your messages in their mail boxes.

External Servers Reports

•    Delivery Count
•    Reading Notification Count   
•    Wrong emails count

Its possible to register only reports that external servers send back. Sometimes external mail servers’ administrators restrict their software to generate and block to send back such reports. In these cases it is impossible to register delivery or reading of emails and this might affect the accuracy of this section results.

Content Analysis
Subscribers activity time chart shows how spread it time campaign email interaction with your subscribers and campaign dynamics during its lifetime.

Links popularity rating chart shows level of interest in information following links if there were any in campaign email. Links popularity rating help to highlight most actual for Subscriber blocks of information.

For links evaluation is used Click Through Rate (CTR). To evaluate campaign whole email content is used Cick Through Content Rate (CTCR).
