Mail list quality value can be equal or less than 100 percent. Than closer value of MLQ to 100% than more loyal subscribers are in this mail list.
MLQ value for the same mail list can grow during several campaigns as a result of Unsubscribe requests that clean up the list from users who are not interested in such updates.
