Clicks Through Content Rate (CTCR)
|
 |
CTCR (Click through content rate) is a total value of all links in the message of one campaign.
CTCR = 100% can be reached if every subscriber clicks on every link in the message.
CTCR helps to summarise how successful was links location & message design accordingly to clicks made by subscribers.
CTCR value is calculated basing on number of unique clicks only.
Example: A campaign message contains 5 links and was sent to 100 subscribers. Then 100% CTCR value will be reached by 500 unique clicks (5 links * 100 subscribers).
Usualy subscribers don't click on every link in a message.
If subscribers have made 50 unique clicks from possible 500 clicks, CTCR value will be 10% and report that message design can be improved to have links work better.
