Clicks Through Content Rate (CTCR)

CTCR value shows level of campaign email content importance for subscriber. CTCR can be measured only for email containing links.
Comparing CTCR and content structure for different campaigns helps to find improvements for effectiveness of featured campaigns using your best practices that generated higher CTCR scores.
We validate multiple clicks on one URL contained in one campaign email by one subscriber as a single click. We believe that this makes clicks statistics accurate avoiding wrong analysis evaluations, including accounting CTCR value.
Example, your email contains 5 links and campaign was sent to 100 subscribers. Then 100% CTCR is equal to 500 (5 * 100). In reality subscribers don’t click on all links, then CTCR will always be less than 100%. if you had 125 clicks done by all subscribers than CTCR will be 25%.
